Letter from the Principal

Stepping into the role of Principal at Indiana Agricultural and Technology School’s Fort Wayne Campus is a profound honor and a pivotal moment in my 28-year career in public education. This opportunity allows me to build on a tradition of academic and technical excellence, nurture the growth of our future leaders, and cultivate an environment where every student can thrive. I am deeply humbled and genuinely excited to embark on this journey, fully committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

My vision is grounded in the belief that education is the key to unlocking success. It is imperative that we empower our students with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to excel in an ever-changing world. This includes offering a comprehensive curriculum that combines rigorous academics, innovative technology, and hands-on experiences to prepare them for both the workforce and higher education. By fostering strong connections with the local community, we can align our programs with the needs of employers and ensure our graduates are well-prepared for their next steps.

A top priority will be strengthening partnerships between the school and our community. Collaboration is essential to creating a shared vision for student success and identifying the resources needed to achieve it. Whether through internships, mentorship programs, or partnerships with local businesses and organizations, I am committed to providing every student with a clear pathway to success—whether that means entering the workforce, pursuing higher education, or serving in the military.

I am eager to join forces with our dedicated staff, supportive families, and engaged community members to ensure that each student receives a personalized education tailored to their unique goals and potential. Together, we can inspire and guide our students toward reaching their highest aspirations.

As we embark on this new school year, I am filled with anticipation for the exciting opportunities ahead and look forward to all that we will accomplish together!
